Purpose
hotelworks.com.vn is a website that provides online hospitality recruitment services for employers through recruitment posting accounts.
hotelworks.com.vn is built to provide maximum support for candidates who wish to explore or apply for online hospitality-related jobs.
The mission of hotelworks.com.vn is to become a trusted platform and a bridge connecting candidates and employers.
Principles
The website hotelworks.com.vn is operated and managed by AnyWork Co., Ltd.. Members of the website include candidates and employers conducting lawful activities officially recognized by hotelworks.com.vn and permitted to use the website and related services.
These principles apply to members who register to use, participate in recruitment postings, or search for jobs on the website hotelworks.com.vn.
Recruitment and job search information posted on hotelworks.com.vn must comply with all relevant legal regulations and must not fall under any prohibited cases as prescribed by law.
Recruitment posting activities through hotelworks.com.vn must be conducted publicly and transparently to ensure the rights and interests of candidates.
All contents of these Regulations must comply with the current legal system of Vietnam. Members using hotelworks.com.vn are responsible for understanding their own legal obligations under Vietnamese law and committing to comply with the contents of these Operating Regulations.

II. General Provisions
The website hotelworks.com.vn is developed by AnyWork Co., Ltd. under the domain name: hotelworks.com.vn
(hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).
General Definitions
Employer
An Employer refers to a trader, organization, or individual who wishes to use hotelworks.com.vn to post online recruitment advertisements or company introduction information.
Candidate
A Candidate refers to a trader, organization, or individual who wishes to search for job information posted by employers on hotelworks.com.vn. Candidates are required to register an account in order to submit applications online.
Member
- A Member includes both Employers and Candidates.
- Members participating in the website hotelworks.com.vn are traders, organizations, or individuals who wish to post recruitment advertisements or search for jobs on the website.
- Members are required to initially declare relevant personal information, be officially approved by the Website Administration, and be authorized to use hotelworks.com.vn.
- When registering as a member of hotelworks.com.vn, members understand that:
- Members may create a personal account for use.
- Members may post recruitment information in accordance with the published standards and commitments applicable to lawful members on the Website.
- The contents of these Regulations comply with the current laws of Vietnam. Members participating in hotelworks.com.vn are responsible for understanding their legal obligations under Vietnamese law and committing to comply with the contents of these Operating Regulations.
III. Transaction Process
1. Contract Formation Process on the Website
- Employers may register an Employer account on hotelworks.com.vn by following these steps: Click the Login/Register button located at the top right corner of the website, select Register, choose the Employer tab, complete the required information, and click Register Now. The system will review the registration and automatically send an email notification once the account has been successfully created.
- To purchase a Job Listing Package, Employers may visit the Job Listing Package section located in the website footer, select the desired package, and complete payment via bank transfer through the shopping cart. Alternatively, Employers may contact the Company’s sales representatives directly to sign a service agreement for job posting packages. Upon receipt of the order or service agreement and confirmation of successful payment, the selected service package will be activated as soon as possible and no later than three (3) working days from the date the payment is received. Once the service package has been activated, the Employer may begin posting job vacancies on the website.
2. Process for Employers
To post a recruitment advertisement on the website, employers must complete the following steps in sequence:
Step 1: Employers register an Employer account on hotelworks.com.vn.
- Click the “Login/Register” button at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select “Register”.
- Choose the “Employer” tab and fill in the required information.
- Click “Register Now”.
At the footer of the homepage, Employers may:
- Go to Job Listing Package
- Select the desired package and add it to the cart
- Enter purchaser information
- Click “Place Order”
Alternatively, Employers may directly contact the Company’s sales representatives to sign a Recruitment Posting Package Service Agreement.
After the Website receives the contract/order and confirmation of successful payment transfer via email, the service package will be activated within 3 days and Employers may begin posting recruitment advertisements.
Step 2: Employers log into their Employer account.
Step 3: Select Job Post / Submit Job → Select the purchased Package → Select Continue using Quota -> Post a new Job: Enter the job information to be posted.
The information Employers are required to provide includes:
- Company introduction
- Job title
- Job description
- Candidate requirements and qualifications
- Company benefits
- Interview process
Step 4 Select “Save & Preview” to complete the recruitment post.
Step 5: The Website Administration reviews the content and activates the post for display on the website.



Employer Information Management
To update Employer information:
- Edit company information and update logo: Profile → Edit Profile

- Manage candidate CVs: Applicants Job

- Manage recruitment posts: My Jobs

- Manage purchased posting packages: Packages

- Manage messages between Candidates and Employers: Messages

- Manage interview schedules: Meetings

- Manage Candidate Alerts: Candidate Alerts

3. Candidate Application Process
- Step 1: Candidates access hotelworks.com.vn and select Login/Register at the top-right corner of the screen to register or log into their account.
- Step 2: After logging in, Candidates may choose suitable jobs on the website and apply by clicking the recruitment title → selecting “Apply” to attach their application documents.



4. Delivery and Transportation Process
Due to the nature of hotelworks.com.vn as a platform allowing Employers and job seekers to post recruitment information and introduce their working capabilities, the Website does not provide physical goods delivery services. All services are provided online through the Website system. Recruitment activities are conducted entirely through negotiations between Employers and Candidates via methods such as interviews, examinations, phone calls, and similar forms of communication.
5. Service Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital services provided online and activated immediately after payment, hotelworks.com.vn does not apply exchange or return policies for:
- Activated service packages
- Services that have been partially or fully used
- Recruitment posts already published on the system
In the event of technical issues caused by the system that prevent customers from using paid services, the Website will inspect the issue and provide appropriate solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Cases Eligible for Refund Consideration
Customers may be considered for refunds in the following cases:
- Successful payment but the system fails to activate the service
- Duplicate payments caused by system errors
- Services cannot be provided due to Website system errors lasting more than 5 days
- Other cases determined to be caused by the Website
The refund rate shall be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund
The Website does not provide refunds in the following situations:
- Customers have partially or fully used the service
- Employers have successfully posted recruitment advertisements on the system
- Recruitment content violates the Website regulations or legal regulations
- Customers change their service usage needs after activation
- Errors caused by customers during service selection or payment information submission
Refund Processing Procedure
Customers may submit refund support requests through:

The request must include:
- Account information
- Order code
- Payment information
- Details of the support request
- Related documents (if any)
After receiving the request, the Website will review and respond within 07 working days.
Refund Method
- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
- The time required to receive the refund depends on the processing time of the bank or relevant payment intermediary.
6. Dispute and Complaint Resolution Mechanism
hotelworks.com.vn has established a dispute and complaint resolution mechanism to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users utilizing services on the platform.
1) Principles of Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or complaint arising between users of the website’s services shall be prioritized for resolution through negotiation and amicable settlement, based on cooperation, goodwill, and respect for the legitimate rights and interests of all parties involved.
2) Scope of Complaints Accepted
The website accepts complaints relating to:
- Inaccurate job postings or recruitment content suspected of being fraudulent;
- Violations of users’ rights and interests;
- Disputes arising during the use of services on the website;
- Complaints related to payment or service transactions;
- Content that violates the website’s operating regulations or applicable laws.

4) Complaint and Dispute Resolution Process
- Step 1: Receipt of Complaint: The website receives complaint information from users through its official support channels.
- Step 2: Verification of Information: The Customer Support Department reviews and verifies the complaint, gathers relevant information, and collects supporting data as necessary.
- Step 3: Coordination and Resolution: The website coordinates with the relevant parties to discuss, clarify the matter, and determine an appropriate resolution.
- Step 4: Response to the Complainant: The resolution result will be communicated to the complainant via email or other appropriate communication methods.
5) Processing Time
- The website will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within a maximum of forty-eight (48) working hours from the time the complaint is received.
- The resolution timeframe depends on the nature and complexity of the dispute; however, every effort will be made to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
6) Cases Beyond the Website’s Authority
If a dispute exceeds the website’s authority or capability to resolve, the parties shall have the right to refer the matter to the competent state authorities or courts in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
IV. Payment Process
hotelworks.com.vn provides online recruitment service packages for employers and businesses wishing to post job vacancies and utilize related services on the website. The payment process is carried out as follows:
Step 1: Select a Service Package
The Employer registers an Employer account, logs in, and selects the service package that best suits their recruitment needs on the website.
The following information is publicly available on the website at the time of the transaction:
- Service package price;
- Service validity period;
- Benefits and features of each package.
Step 2: Place an Order
After selecting a service package and placing an order on the website, the system will generate an order and send a confirmation email containing payment instructions and account details to the customer.
Alternatively, customers may contact the Company’s sales department directly to enter into a service agreement instead of placing an online order.
Step 3: Bank Transfer Payment
Customers shall make payment via bank transfer using the account information provided on the website, in the service agreement, or in the order confirmation email.
The bank transfer description should include:
- Order number/reference code;
- Company name or contact information;
for transaction verification and reconciliation purposes.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, the website administration team and/or sales department will verify the transaction with the accounting department and confirm the payment via email.
Once the transaction has been successfully verified, the corresponding service package will be activated on the customer’s account within a maximum of three (3) working days from the date payment is received.
V. Information Security and Transaction Safety Measures
- The website administration shall implement appropriate technical and operational measures to protect information and content published on HotelWorks.com.vn, ensuring that recruitment transactions are conducted effectively and minimizing potential risks.
- Employers are required to provide complete and accurate information regarding the recruiting entity, including but not limited to: Company name; Business address; Telephone number; Email address; Business registration certificate or equivalent legal documentation.
- Candidates are encouraged to contact Employers directly to verify the accuracy and authenticity of information published on hotelworks.com.vn before applying for any position.
- In cases where an Employer requests a candidate to make any payment prior to submitting an application or participating in the recruitment process, candidates should exercise caution, conduct appropriate due diligence regarding the Employer, and, where feasible, verify the Employer’s information directly at its business location before making any decision. hotelworks.com.vn shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or risk incurred by users who fail to adequately verify the conditions and legitimacy of job opportunities posted on the website.
- Candidates and users must not use any software, tools, applications, or other methods to interfere with the operation of the website, manipulate data, or alter the website’s structure in any manner. Any act of distributing, promoting, encouraging, or participating in activities intended to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website’s systems is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in sanctions under the Website Operating Regulations and applicable laws.
- All transaction-related information shall be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by competent governmental authorities or as otherwise required by applicable law.
VI. Personal Information Protection Policy
a) Purpose, Scope of Collection and Use of Information
hotelworks.com.vn collects personal information only with the user’s consent and to the minimum extent necessary for the provision of its services. All personal information collected shall be used solely for the purposes that have been disclosed to the user. Depending on the type of service provided by hotelworks.com.vn, personal information may be collected and used for the following purposes:

In addition to collecting and using information for the purposes described above, HotelWorks.com.vn may cooperate with competent authorities and disclose personal information where required by law or for the following purposes:
- To comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, court orders, governmental requests, or lawful investigations;
- To prevent and detect fraud, unauthorized transactions, security breaches, or other unlawful activities;
- To protect the security and integrity of the website, its systems, users, and services;
- To enforce the Website Operating Regulations, Terms of Use, and other applicable agreements.
Personal data may also be processed without the data subject’s consent in circumstances permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:
- Emergency situations where the immediate processing of personal data is necessary to protect the life, health, or safety of the data subject or another individual. In such cases, the relevant data controller, data processor, or third party shall be responsible for demonstrating the necessity of such processing.
- Processing conducted by competent state authorities in situations relating to national defense, national security, social order and safety, major disasters, dangerous epidemics, or circumstances where there is a threat to national security or defense that has not yet resulted in the declaration of a state of emergency.
- Activities related to the prevention and suppression of riots, terrorism, crime, and other violations of law as provided by applicable Vietnamese legislation.
Any disclosure or processing of personal information in the above circumstances shall be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and only to the extent necessary to fulfill the relevant legal purpose.
b) Information Retention Period
Personal data of Candidates and Employers shall be retained until a valid request for deletion is received and processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Website’s policies. Such data is securely stored on HotelWorks.com.vn’s servers located in Vietnam and is protected by appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
c) Individuals and Organizations That May Access User Information
hotelworks.com.vn shares users’ personal information in the following circumstances:
– When the User Provides Consent: As the information collected by HotelWorks.com.vn constitutes personal data, HotelWorks.com.vn will not disclose a user’s personal information to any third party without the user’s consent, except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
– When Disclosure Is Legally Required: hotelworks.com.vn may disclose personal information where necessary to:
- Enforce the Terms of Use, Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other agreements accepted by the user when registering an account and using the services of HotelWorks.com.vn;
- Comply with requests from competent governmental authorities, legal proceedings, applicable laws, regulations, or governmental requirements;
- Protect the rights, safety, and legitimate interests of other users of the website;
- Detect, prevent, investigate, or address fraud, security incidents, unlawful activities, or violations of the Website Operating Regulations.

- Information Shared: hotelworks.com.vn may provide information relating to Employers that is publicly available on the website, including: Company name; Company profile and business information; Company website; Images and videos; Job postings and recruitment-related content.
Recipients: Employers
- Purpose of Disclosure: To facilitate recruitment activities and enable Employers to assess, evaluate, and select suitable candidates.
- Information Shared: Candidate information may include: Personal information; Curriculum vitae (CV) or résumé; Job applications; Cover letters; Other information voluntarily submitted by Candidates during the application process.
Recipients: Service Providers
Purpose of Disclosure: To support website operation, maintenance, development, performance optimization, security enhancement, and user experience improvement.
hotelworks.com.vn may share information with affiliated companies, contractors, vendors, and service providers performing services on our behalf, including but not limited to:
- Analytics services (e.g., Google and its affiliates);
- Marketing and advertising services (e.g., Meta Platforms, Google, VNG Corporation, CocCoc, Propeller Ads, and their affiliates);
- Authentication and login services (e.g., Google, GitHub, Apple ID);
- Artificial Intelligence service providers (e.g., OpenAI and its affiliates);
- Email service providers (e.g., Google, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Netpion, and their affiliates);
- Telecommunications service providers (e.g., Viettel, MobiFone, Vinaphone).
These organizations may process personal data on behalf of hotelworks.com.vn solely for the purposes described above.
Where a service provider is located outside Vietnam, personal data may be processed outside the territory of Vietnam. In such cases, hotelworks.com.vn will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the third party complies with this Privacy Policy and implements appropriate safeguards to protect personal information.

For both Candidates and Employers, AnyWork Co., Ltd. (the owner and operator of hotelworks.com.vn) acts as the data controller of the personal information provided during the use of the website and related services.

e) Methods and Tools for Users to Access and Modify Their Personal Data on the hotelworks.com.vn System
Rights of Candidates: Candidates may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Right of Access: Users have the right to be informed about our data processing activities. Users also have the right to access the categories of personal data we collect and to know with whom we share their personal data.
- Right to Rectification: Users may update or modify certain personal information directly through their accounts. Users may also request that we change, update, or correct their personal data in specific circumstances by sending a request to info@hotelworks.com.vn.
- Right to Erasure: Users have the right to request the deletion of their Personal Data by sending a request from the email address associated with their account to info@hotelworks.com.vn and following the applicable account management instructions.
Data Deletion Process
- We will verify that the user’s request is valid and contains all required information and supporting details.
- The user’s personal data will no longer be visible to third parties and will be permanently removed within seventy-two (72) hours from the receipt of a valid request.
- Personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. A record of users who have requested deletion may be maintained solely to prevent personal data from being unintentionally restored from backup systems.
- Certain information may have already been accessed or retained by third parties prior to the deletion request due to the user’s previous consent to share personal data. HotelWorks.com.vn will notify Employers of the deletion request where applicable. However, even after successful deletion within the HotelWorks.com.vn system, we cannot control the retention, storage, or use of personal information by Employers or other third parties who have previously accessed such information.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where the processing of Personal Data is based on the user’s consent, the user may withdraw such consent at any time by submitting a request to info@hotelworks.com.vn. In the event that a user withdraws a job application, HotelWorks.com.vn will notify the relevant Employer and request that the Employer cease further access to and contact with the Candidate. Information relating to the application may continue to be retained for the purpose of maintaining records of recruitment transactions between the Candidate and the Employer. Please note that any processing activities carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent remain lawful. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of any data processing conducted before such withdrawal, in accordance with Article 12.1 of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.
- Right to Object to Marketing Communications: If a user wishes to unsubscribe from a specific marketing email, the user may click the unsubscribe link included in the relevant email communication. Users may also opt out of all marketing communications by sending a request to info@hotelworks.com.vn. We will comply with such requests as soon as reasonably practicable and in accordance with applicable laws.
Rights of Employers: Employers may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Right to Access Candidate Information: Employers may access candidate information when a Candidate applies for a job position posted by the Employer through the website.
- Right to Submit Complaints Regarding Unauthorized Disclosure of Personal Information: Employers may submit complaints to the website administration regarding suspected unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Upon receipt of such complaints, hotelworks.com.vn will review the matter, provide an explanation where appropriate, and guide users regarding the restoration and protection of their information.
- Solving when Candidate requests to Withdraw Applications, Delete CVs, or Delete Accounts
To ensure compliance with personal data protection regulations, Employers are requested to follow the procedures below:
- Withdrawal of a Job Application: hotelworks.com.vn will notify the Employer by email when a Candidate withdraws a job application. Employers are requested to cease all further contact with the Candidate through any communication channel.
- Deletion of a CV: hotelworks.com.vn will notify the Employer by email when a Candidate deletes a CV. Deletion of a CV shall be deemed withdrawal of any job applications submitted using that CV. All personal data relating to the Candidate will be removed from the Employer’s candidate management interface. Employers are required to permanently delete all Candidate personal information in their possession and cease any further contact with the Candidate through any means. HotelWorks.com.vn shall not be responsible for any complaints, claims, or liabilities arising from an Employer’s failure to comply with this requirement.
- Deletion of an Account: hotelworks.com.vn will notify the Employer by email when a Candidate deletes their account. Deletion of a Candidate account shall be deemed withdrawal of all applications submitted by that Candidate. All personal data relating to the Candidate will be removed from the Employer’s candidate management interface. Employers are required to permanently delete all Candidate personal information in their possession and cease any further contact with the Candidate through any means. HotelWorks.com.vn shall not be responsible for any complaints, claims, or liabilities arising from an Employer’s failure to comply with this requirement.
VII. Management of prohibited and inappropriate information on the website
- Control and monitoring of recruitment content posted on the website
hotelworks.com.vn establishes mechanisms for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating content to ensure that recruitment information published on the platform is accurate, complete, compliant with applicable laws, and consistent with the Website Operating Regulations.
All job postings published on the website must contain, at a minimum, the following information:
- Employer or company name;
- Job title/position;
- Job description;
- Candidate requirements and qualifications;
- Work location;
- Employment type;
- Salary information (if applicable);
- Recruitment period or application deadline;
- Working hours and schedule.
The website strictly prohibits the posting of content that:
- Violates the laws of Vietnam;
- Contains fraudulent or deceptive recruitment information;
- Includes false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
- Contains offensive, obscene, or content contrary to social ethics and public morality;
- Discriminates on the basis of gender, ethnicity, region, nationality, religion, or other factors in violation of applicable laws;
- Promotes illegal services, pyramid schemes, loan-sharking activities, gambling, or other unlawful business activities;
- Relates to goods or services prohibited by law;
- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other lawful rights and interests of organizations or individuals.
All job postings may be reviewed and moderated by the system and/or website administrators before being publicly displayed on the website in order to maintain information quality, compliance, and a positive user experience.
hotelworks.com.vn reserves the right to:
- Refuse to publish or display inappropriate content;
- Edit, hide, suspend, or remove content that violates the Website Operating Regulations or applicable laws;
- Temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate the Website Operating Regulations, Terms of Use, or applicable legal requirements.
The website may also cooperate with competent authorities and provide relevant information when required by law for the purpose of investigating or handling violations.
- Control and monitoring of employer information on the website
hotelworks.com.vn implements mechanisms for storing, monitoring, and managing employer information in accordance with applicable laws.
When registering an Employer account, employers are required to provide the following information:
