Assisting in initializing ideas and designing posters, infographics, artwork, etc. when needed.

Participating in organizing employee events.

Arranging logistics for employee onboarding (name tag, fingerprint, welcome package…).

Making employees feel welcomed and promptly responding to their concerns and requests (if any).

Effectively circulating information to other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation.

Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

Ensuring information related to colleagues is posted on the notice board.

Filing, data entry, and arranging employee profiles.

Tracking personnel documents and storing it in designated places.

Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional work area.

Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Report direct to People and Culture Director

Yêu cầu

Knowledge and Experience

• High school/College/University education
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Good communication skills
• Honest with a high level of integrity
• Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• A team player & builder
