In addition to collecting information for the purposes stated above, hotelworks.com.vn may cooperate with competent legal authorities and share your personal information for the following purposes:

• Complying with legal obligations; protecting against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other liabilities; securing our website and applications; and enforcing our Terms & Conditions.
• In emergency situations where it is necessary to immediately process relevant personal data in order to protect the life or health of the data subject or another person. The Personal Data Controller, Personal Data Processor, Personal Data Controller and Processor, or Third Party shall be responsible for proving such circumstances.

   For Candidates: Users may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Right of Access: You have the right to know about our information practices. You also have the right to access the categories of data we collect and to know with whom we share your data.
• Right to Rectification: You may edit certain personal data through your account settings. You may also request that we modify, update, or correct your data in certain circumstances by emailing info@hotelworks.com.vn.
• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data by sending a request from the email address associated with your account to info@hotelworks.com.vn and following the instructions provided in the “Profile Management” section.

Data Deletion Process and Method

• We will verify that your request is valid and includes all required steps and information.
• Your personal data will cease to be visible to third parties and will be permanently deleted within 72 hours of the request.Deleted personal data cannot be recovered. A separate list of users who requested deletion will be maintained to prevent restoration from backup servers.
• Certain information may still be retained by third parties if you had previously consented to sharing your personal data. Please note that while hotelworks.com.vn will notify employers of deletion requests, we cannot control the retention or use of your information by employers or third parties who have already accessed it.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. You may refer to the “Profile Management” page for instructions on withdrawing consent. In the case of withdrawing a job application, hotelworks.com.vn will notify the employer to whom you applied and request that the employer cease contacting you. However, your application information may still be retained for record-keeping purposes regarding transaction history between candidates and employers. You may also contact info@hotelworks.com.vn to notify us that you are withdrawing your consent. Please note that any processing activities conducted before the withdrawal of consent remain lawful. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal (Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 13 on Personal Data Protection).
• Right to Object / Opt-Out: If you wish to stop receiving a specific marketing email, you may click “Click here to unsubscribe from emails from hotelworks.com.vn” located at the bottom of each marketing email. You may also opt out of all marketing communications by emailing info@hotelworks.com.vn. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable and in accordance with applicable laws.

For Employers: Employers may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Right to Access Candidate Information: Employers may access candidate information when a user applies for a job posted by the employer.
• Right to File Complaints Regarding Disclosure of Personal Information. Employers may submit complaints to the administration team of hotelworks.com.vn. Upon receiving such complaints, hotelworks.com.vn will verify the information, provide explanations, and guide users in restoring and securing their information.
• Handling Requests for Withdrawal of Applications, CV Deletion, or Account Deletion by Candidates. To ensure compliance with personal data protection laws, employers are requested to follow the procedures below:
  • Withdrawal of Job Application: hotelworks.com.vn will notify the employer via email that the candidate has withdrawn their application and request the employer to cease contacting the candidate through any means.
  • CV Deletion: hotelworks.com.vn will notify the employer via email that the candidate has deleted their CV. Deleting a CV is considered a withdrawal of all applications submitted using that CV. All personal data related to the candidate will be removed from the candidate management system. Employers are required to permanently delete all candidate personal information and cease contacting the candidate through any means. Failure to comply resulting in complaints from candidates shall be the sole responsibility of the employer, and hotelworks.com.vn shall bear no liability.
  • Account Deletion: hotelworks.com.vn will notify the employer via email that the candidate has deleted their account. Account deletion is considered a withdrawal of all applications submitted by the candidate. All candidate personal data will be removed from the candidate management system. Employers are required to permanently delete all candidate personal information and cease contacting the candidate through any means. Failure to comply resulting in complaints from candidates shall be the sole responsibility of the employer, and hotelworks.com.vn shall bear no liability.

6. Commitment to Protect Customer Personal Information

• We may update this Policy from time to time by publishing an updated version. In the event that we make changes that we believe will significantly affect your rights, we will notify you via your registered hotelworks.com.vn account email and through notices displayed on our website before such changes take effect. We may also provide notices of changes in other circumstances.

• hotelworks.com.vn uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect candidate/employer information during data transmission by encrypting the information entered by users.
• Candidates and employers are responsible for protecting their own password information, especially when using shared computers. Users must ensure they log out of their accounts after using the services of hotelworks.com.vn.
• hotelworks.com.vn commits not to intentionally disclose or share candidate/employer information without the consent of the relevant candidate or employer.
• The privacy policy of hotelworks.com.vn applies solely to the hotelworks.com.vn platform and does not include or relate to third-party websites that advertise or link to/from hotelworks.com.vn. Candidates and employers should carefully review and distinguish the privacy policies of such third-party websites.
• In the event that the server storing user information is attacked by hackers resulting in loss of candidate/employer data, hotelworks.com.vn shall promptly notify the competent authorities for investigation and resolution, and inform affected candidates/employers accordingly.
• The management board of hotelworks.com.vn requires all registered members to provide complete and accurate personal information, including full name, contact address, and email address, and users shall be legally responsible for the accuracy of such information. The management board of hotelworks.com.vn shall not be responsible for, nor resolve, any complaints relating to the rights of candidates/employers if it is determined that the information provided during registration was inaccurate.
