• Responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff. Having commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, sales & marketing, accounting, engineering and housekeeping.
• Taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits, but also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests’ needs and expectations. Business and people management are equally important elements.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
• To be representative of VHG at hotel project and on behalf of Managing Director of VHG to increasingly strengthen good relationship between VHG and Owner as well as hotel staffs.

Yêu cầu

• At least 3 years of experience in the same position at 4-star hotel.
• At least 5 years of experience in the position of Director of F&B or F&B Manager at 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Deeply understanding of Local culture & History and working business habit and need especially for 3-star or 4-star hotels.
• Understanding Vietnamese Human Resources and the ability to manage the performance of the local staff
• Quickly adapt to specific characteristics of each hotel project.
• Able to travel and work out site Hanoi.
