• Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.

Maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.

Suggest drinks and upsell beverages when appropriate.

Serve guests promptly and courteously following service standards.

• Bar Maintenance & Inventory

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Check and restock inventory at the beginning and end of each shift.

Monitor and control wastage, breakage, and spillage.

Follow proper storage and labeling of beverages.

• Compliance & Safety

Adhere to all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Comply with legal regulations on alcohol service (e.g., age restrictions, intoxicated guest policy).

Ensure the bar equipment and tools are maintained and used safely.

• Cash Handling & Reporting

Process guest orders and payments accurately.

Balance cash drawer or POS system at the end of the shift.

Report any discrepancies or incidents to the manager.

• Teamwork & Customer Experience

Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service.

Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.

Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere at the bar.

Yêu cầu

Proven experience in a similar position within 5-star luxury hotels or high-end fine dining establishments.

Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong plus.

Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a strong passion for the luxury hospitality industry.
