Mô tả công việc

Welcome and serve food and drinks to guests at the pool area according to service standards.

Receive, record and transfer order requests to the relevant department; serve the right dishes, on time.

Prepare, clean and arrange tables, chairs, service counters, ensure the swimming pool area is always clean and tidy.

Support payment (if assigned) and answer the basic requirements of customers.

Comply with regulations on food safety, hygiene and service standards of the hotel.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both oral and written).
